Our commitment
ProspectIQ is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA). We act as a data controller for account data and a data processor for prospect data you search and export.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are in the EEA, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].
Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (to provide the Service you signed up for), legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention, product improvement), and consent (marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time).
Data transfers
ProspectIQ is based in the United States. If you are in the EEA, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for such transfers.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, plus a 90-day grace period after deletion to allow for account recovery. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
